Shipping policy
WHERE WE SHIP
So far just the U.S.
SHIPPING METHOD
USPS for vintage and collectibles. Ships from Los Angeles.
For apparel and printed goods that are made to order, these items are shipped by a drop shipper using their own shipping method.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
For Vintage and Collectibles:
Orders placed between Monday and Friday are processed within 48 hours.
Orders placed after 2 p.m. on Fridays, over the weekends, and/or during holidays are processed the following Monday or business day.
For Drop-shipped Items:
Orders placed for made-to-order items may need 2-5 Business Days for production.
AFTER ORDER IS PLACED
You will receive a confirmation of your purchase via email immediately after your order is placed. This confirmation email will be needed when making returns so please do not discard.
When your order is ready to ship, you will receive a second notice to confirm shipping, along with a tracking number.

DROP-SHIPPED ITEMS
Please allow anywhere from 4-10 Business Days for delivery as these items are made to order and a longer expected delivery is required.
DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY
Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for the package. At that point, responsibility transfers to the customer.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
We are not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the shipping carrier. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, we recommend:
- Checking around your property (front door, side door, mailbox, etc.)
- Asking neighbors or household members
- Contacting the shipping carrier directly to open an investigation
- Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.
